Memory Space
I create models of real spaces from memory and then strip them of their illusion by leaving an edge of the model in the frame; or using plastic plants as props; or by painting dazzle ship-inspired camouflage on the model. In this way I explore my psychological feelings toward the spaces, in particular with places that I have not visited.
